  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Great news; we do! Not so great news; the price is a little higher and the time is a little longer but hey it'll be worth it when you receive your order!
  • Can I alter my delivery address after i have completed my order?
    Yes, please contact us as soon as possible, however; Once you have received notification to say that your order has been dispatched we are unable to make amendments.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain a tracking number, You will then be able to track your parcel on the couriers website.
  • Order states delivered but not received
    Please note: If the order is delivered to the address provided at the time of placing your order, we are not liable for refunding or replacing the order. If an investigation is raised with the couriers we may ask that you complete a denial of receipt form as part of the process of raising a claim, if this is not completed within 5 working days the couriers will close the investigation which cannot be re opened. *All investigations can take up to 14 working days to be concluded however we will do everything to resolve this in a timely manner
  • The courier has lost my parcel, what happens next?
    We will do everything we can to get the parcel back to you! We deal with this on a case by case basis and will speak to the courier to see if we can locate your parcel. If we cannot find your parcel we will send out a replacement to get to you as soon as possible. Please contact us with your order reference, we will be happy to assist!
  • What are the sizes like?
    Our sizes run to size, there should be no need to size up or down from standard fittings
  • What sizes are available?
    Most of our products are available in a range of sizes from small to 6xl. please check our product pages for availability
  • Can I exchange an item?
    We do not currently offer exchanges online. If the items are unsuitable for you and in an unworn condition, you can easily return them for a refund and place a new order.
  • Can I return an item?
    Of course! Although we're hoping that you won't need/want to! Please check out our returns section for full details
